Dr. Clayden received his Ph.D. degree in Business Organization and Management, Information Technology Management Specialty from Capella University. He has been teaching since 1985, in undergraduate and graduate level management and technical courses. Dr. Clayden’s current area of research is the management of virtual teams and the affect various communication technologies may have on the development of trust by virtual team members. He also has both engineering and software design experience.
