Dr. Ronald D. McFarland received his Ph.D. in Computing Technology in Education. He currently teaches distance education in Management Information Systems areas in computer hardware and architecture, systems development and information center concept and management. His research has focused on learning styles, interface design, and the technology that deals with distance education, the internet and multimedia. Dr. McFarland's professional experience includes working as an Information Systems Consultant and Applications System Analyst in which he participated in the analysis of vendor software packages as well as managing technical staffs.
